Our prayers and thoughts go out to the family of our deceased student, our Mount Tabor family and our Winston Salem, Riverside County family. A number of schools across our city also went into lockdown time. Law enforcement officials are working to reunite students with for the safety of students. This investigation is in its preliminary stages and additional information will be released at a later time. Law enforcement officials are working to confirm the identity of the suspect, who is believed to also be a student of Mount Tabor High school. Law enforcement had been advised that the suspect had exited the school property at this point, no known threat to Mount Tabor school exist, although the suspect has not been apprehended. An intensive search of the school began for the suspect who was identified to law enforcement. One student was located with a gunshot medical responders begin life saving measures and the injured students was transport reported to wake Forest university baptist medical center where he has to come to his engine. All responded to Mount Tabor immediately the school um, to the school um, and entered the school to begin looking for the suspect and potential additional victims. Advised a student had been shot and suspect was still on the loose.
